Meet Camden Marcotte, PT, DPT, NCS, OCS, a Doctor of Physical Therapy known for his commitment to guiding individuals through their rehabilitation journeys. Holding a Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from Louisiana State University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MCPHS University, Marcotte boasts dual certifications in Neurologic and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy. His diverse expertise includes certifications as a Blood Flow Restriction Rehabilitation provider, an ImPACT Trained Physical Therapist, and proficiency in whole-body dry needling. As a clinical instructor, he has mentored five Physical Therapy students, emphasizing his dedication to education and mentorship. Marcotte derives great fulfillment from contributing to patients' recovery stories, whether it involves post-stroke mobility or returning to sports and daily activities after surgery.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Camden Marcotte is a multilingual individual currently learning Portuguese and Spanish. He balances his commitment to patient care with personal interests, engaging in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, spending quality time with his family, and exploring his creativity through photography. Marcotte's holistic approach to rehabilitation, combined with his passion for continuous learning and mentorship, defines him as a compassionate and skilled practitioner in the field of Physical Therapy.
Meet Nutan Yadav, a highly skilled Physical therapist with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy earned in 2010 and a Master of Physiotherapy obtained in 2013, both from Santosh Medical College in India.
Nutan finds immense fulfillment in her role as a Physical therapist, cherishing the autonomy it provides her as a clinician. The ability to witness the positive impact she can make in her patients' lives by working with them consistently is what motivates her each day.
Fluent in both English and Hindi, Nutan ensures effective communication and connection with her diverse range of patients.
Outside of her professional life, Nutan is a dedicated mother of two children. Her favorite sport is cricket, reflecting her enthusiasm for the game. In her leisure time, she enjoys the pleasures of cooking and the excitement of travel, embodying a well-rounded and passionate approach to both her personal and professional pursuits.
Brielle Albertini, PT, DPT, is a dedicated physical therapist with a passion for guiding her patients through their rehabilitation journey. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Springfield College, along with certifications in Dry Needling and LSVT BIG. Brielle specializes in outpatient care, where she forms strong connections with her patients, celebrating their achievements every step of the way. Beyond her practice, she finds joy in beachside relaxation, traveling, staying active, and exploring new culinary experiences. Now back in Massachusetts, she's excited to continue her impactful work in the community.
Dr. Christine Pawlina is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and pediatrics. Her passion is helping her patients regain their quality of life. She always looks forward to the moment during every patient’s treatment where they first realize that they can take part in their favorite activities without pain or limitation.
In her free time, Christine enjoys reading and has accumulated an ever-growing pile of books to read next. She keeps active through playing indoor and beach volleyball as well as playing in a bowling league.

Haley Chaves is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients so they can reduce their pain and increase their range of motion. Each year she takes a trip to the Dominican Republic to provide medical care and aid in construction projects that help develop the community of workers and their families.
In her free time, Haley enjoys traveling to her family’s land in Maine and spending time with her cat and dog. If there’s a Boston Bruins game on, she’s either watching it at home or at the arena.

Dr. Lisa DeCoste is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Highbar. She specializes in women’s health, dry needling, orthopedics, spinal rehabilitation, manual therapy, and TMJ.
Lisa traveled to Croatia with the USA Women’s Sailing team as the team's physical therapist in 2004. She has published in the New England Senior Tennis Foundation magazine. She has received the Humanics Award for leadership from Springfield College and was named one of Providence Business News’ 40 Under Forty Award winners in 2016.
As a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Lisa has served the Rhode Island chapter as the secretary and currently serves on the Nominating Committee. Her knowledge and experience bring a wealth of information as a clinical instructor for students.
When she’s not working, she loves to spend her free time on her boat with her daughter, traveling all over the Narragansett Bay.

Brooke Spina is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the assistance they need to build their confidence and improve their quality of life. As a dance teacher for 11 years, she understands firsthand how important it is to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys walks by the ocean with her dog, Zuko. She also loves to ski, snowboard, play video games, and host game nights with her friends.

While also working as a Strength & Conditioning Coach for a baseball team in Massachusetts, Ryan believes in the importance of motivating people to improve their health and wellness.

Dr. Conor Bray is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, and golf rehabilitation. He loves to help people reach their full potential and watch them regain function to get their lives back. His mission is to build a more active, fun, and rewarding world – one patient at a time!
In his free time, Conor enjoys hiking, biking, playing basketball, and playing golf. He also loves to explore the many options that Providence has to offer, especially when it includes his dog, Stark. Stephanie Morris is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics, manual therapy, sports injuries, and aquatic therapy. She loves building meaningful relationships and helping her patients move without pain.
In her free time, Stephanie likes to read, hike, travel, and watch the Patriots and Bruins play. She volunteers annually with the South Foster Fire Station 5K Road Race and the Kirkbrae Country Club Cancer Benefit and is a proud supporter of the RI SPCA.

Dr. Val Madonna-Lendvai is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, occupational health, neuro, balance and falls, running, and motorsports. In his free time, Val enjoys running, biking, and carting. He also loves watching Formula 1 racing, traveling, and spending time with his dog named Banana and his cat named Boo.

Amanda Moran ATC, LMT is a Certified Athletic Trainer who works with East Providence High School and our East Providence clinic. During high school, she fractured her ankle playing softball. This piqued her interest in the field of rehabilitation, which led her to a career in athletic training. She loves helping athletes go from a very low point to then regaining their strength and returning back to their sport.
Amanda also helped the East Providence High School receive the 1st team Safe School Sport award (May 2016-2019). Most recently, she completed the Highbar Lead the Way program.
In her free time, Amanda likes cooking new recipes, reading, and biking. For over 10 years she has participated in the MS 150 Bike Ride, raising money for multiple sclerosis.
Dr. Kathryn Pereira is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and balance and falls. Her passion is to create meaningful connections with her patients so they can achieve their personal goals. She believes in the importance of empowering her patients to improve their health and mobility through education.
In her free time, Kathryn enjoys baking, trying new restaurants, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family. She’s also a big Boston sports fan, especially when it comes to the Boston Bruins, and loves to cheer on the US Women’s National Soccer Team.

Gregory Doucette MPT, OCS is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. He loves helping people and hearing their stories. He finds it rewarding to see a patient have the “lightbulb” moment when they realize they aren’t fragile or broken and they can get back to the activities they love. His passion is patient education and teaching the importance of core stability for sound functional movement.
When he’s not spending time with his family or friends, Greg loves to play basketball, soccer, and golf. He and his family are season ticket holders for Quinnipiac basketball and return to campus frequently to support their alma mater.

Clinic Director Dr. Leanne Monteiro PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and women’s health. She became a physical therapist because she wanted to help people return to what they love to do, whether that be competitive sports, recreational activities, or getting back to work.
Leanne is fluent in Portuguese and has clinical expertise in orthopedics, post-surgical and women's health, including incontinence and pelvic pain.
In her free time, you can catch Leanne cooking, going for walks with her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Jon Ferrara is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, and soccer-related injuries and conditions. He is passionate about helping his patients improve their quality of life and return to the activities they love to do. As a former collegiate soccer player, Jon certainly understands the importance of an active recovery. He has also earned certifications in functional dry needling and the Graston technique.
In his free time, you can typically find Jon spending time with his wife and their two children. He loves staying active by playing sports like snowboarding and disc golf.

Dr. Brian Hay PT, DPT, MS, OCS is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in manual therapy, dry needling, running and gait analysis, sports rehabilitation, youth athlete injury prevention, orthopedics, injury prevention/rehabilitation in runners, and biomechanical analysis. He also serves as a Regional Director.
An avid runner himself, Brian developed the Highbar Running Academy to help fellow therapists learn to best treat the needs of the running athlete. He is also a Certified Executive Coach and uses his experience to help develop emerging leaders at Highbar through the Lead the Way program and as a Clinical Instructor for Brown University medical students. He's also traveled to Honduras to provide physical therapy services to communities in rural Honduras with the Brown University Branch of Shoulder-to-Shoulder, Inc., an organization that works collaboratively to create and operate sustainable and accessible health, nutrition, and education services in that region.
In his free time, Brian loves spending time with his wife and two boys. He likes to keep active by running long distance, playing golf, hiking, and traveling.

He loves being a part of a patient’s journey to get back to what they enjoy doing and watching the progress they make along the way.
In his free time, Dylan enjoys being outside, whether that be hiking or going to the beach. As an avid New England sports fan, you can typically find him cheering on his favorite teams, the Celtics and Patriots. He is kept busy at home with his dog named Honey and two tuxedo cats named Sylvester and Brooke.
