Dr. Molly Douglass is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, concussion management, soccer, baseball, softball, basketball, CrossFit, weightlifting. She also specializes in injuries and conditions related to the knee, hip, shoulder, and ankle. Molly is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist who has earned additional certifications in dry needling and Emergency Medical Responder for Athletes. She’s passionate about connecting with her patients and helping them recover from injuries so they can achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
In her free time, Molly enjoys hiking, weightlifting, skiing, snowboarding, and traveling. You can always find her cheering on the Philadelphia Phillies and the Buffalo Bills.

Dr. Nicholas Ford is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, sports-related injuries, headaches, and balance and falls. He is passionate about providing health advocacy and empowering his patients to take control of their care.
In his free time, Nicholas enjoys staying active through weightlifting, golfing, or taking a hike through the White Mountains. While he is looking to travel and experience different cultures, he’s always on the lookout for destination recommendations!

Clinic Director Dr. Jessica Boyd is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, athletic training, and pelvic health. Throughout her career, she has earned certifications in trigger point dry needling and pelvic health. With her experience as an athletic trainer, she is also an expert in treating athletes and sports injuries.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Roy likes to spend her time outside the clinic with her family and enjoys cooking as well as traveling. A New England sports fan, she roots for the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins.

Erin Botelho MSPT, OCS, is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and physical therapist who specializes in orthopedics, women’s health, shoulder injuries, and knee injuries. Her passion is learning about each patient and their experiences, fears, and successes in order to help them reach their goals. She believes that treating the injury may help the pain but treating the person will allow them to get back to their lives and the activities they love.
When she’s not treating patients or shuttling her children from dance rehearsals and sports practices, she loves spending time in the quiet outdoors and eating good food. She and her family love to escape their busy schedules by visiting Cape Cod and soaking up the salty air to re-energize. She has also begun testing out her green thumb and welcomes any gardening tips from her patients!

Clinic Director Dr. Leanne Monteiro PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and women’s health. She became a physical therapist because she wanted to help people return to what they love to do, whether that be competitive sports, recreational activities, or getting back to work.
Leanne is fluent in Portuguese and has clinical expertise in orthopedics, post-surgical and women's health, including incontinence and pelvic pain.
In her free time, you can catch Leanne cooking, going for walks with her dog, and spending time with her family and friends.

Dr. Kim Daniels is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and pelvic health. She is passionate about helping people find solutions to feel better and find ways for them to get back to the activities they love to do.
Originally from New Hampshire, Kim now resides in Rhode Island with her husband and dog. She keeps active by practicing and teaching yoga, running, and hiking. When she’s not in the clinic, you can find her cooking or baking!

Dr. Alison Akerley is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, and sports-related injuries. After sustaining multiple sports injuries, Alison was inspired to give back to her community by helping others get back to the activities they love most. She is passionate about creating personalized plans to help her patients reach their movement goals. Throughout her career, she has gained certification in trigger point dry needling and has completed the Highbar Orthopedic Residency program.
In her free time, Alison enjoys exploring all the state parks in Rhode Island, going to farmer’s markets, and spending time outside. As a former soccer and softball player, she likes to stay active by hiking and skiing. You can usually catch her watching the Red Sox, Boston Bruins, and USWNT soccer games.

Dr. Mara Hochman is an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics as well as spinal and shoulder-related injuries or conditions. She is passionate about helping her patients get back to the activities they love to do while instilling a love of exercise along the way. She completed the Memorial Hermann Orthopedic Residency, where she was also a faculty member, and has earned certification in trigger point dry needling. Mara now serves as a faculty member for the Highbar Orthopedic Residency program.
In her free time, Mara enjoys being outdoors, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog. She has lived all over the country, from growing up in California to living in Texas, and now in Rhode Island.

Dr. Erica Manchester is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, soccer, and female athletes. She loves to empower her patients to participate in their own recovery and working as a team to help her patients achieve their goals. While in school, she shadowed in clinics and rehabilitation facilities in Italy and volunteered in weekly balance group exercise classes.
In her free time, Erica loves to bake, play the flute, go to vineyards, and try new restaurants. As a big fan of the US Women’s National Soccer Team and former team member of the Salve Regina University Women’s Soccer Team, she keeps active by running and playing co-ed soccer. She also coaches female athletes in the Narragansett Youth Soccer Association.

Dr. Jean Paul Aracena Oliver is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, pediatrics, and conditions in the wrist, hand, and elbow. He's passionate about helping his patients regain their ability to move and participate in the activities that bring them joy. Before moving to the United States to get his Doctor of Physical Therapy Degree, Jean Paul specialized in a Sports for the Disabled program at the University of Leipzig in Germany. He is also a native Spanish speaker who is excited to help his Spanish-speaking patients recover from their pain and limitations.
In his free time, Jean Paul loves exploring the outdoors, exercising, or enjoying family time with his daughters and wife. He loves trying new foods, exploring new places, and following his father-in-law's motto of finding a pocket of peace and a tiny adventure each day.

Dr. Jennifer Goyette-Mercier is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, lymphedema, and oncology. She’s passionate about working with her patients as they address their movement-related issues and take the steps to improve their own health. During her career, she’s earned certifications in lymphedema therapy, craniosacral therapy, and oncology.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys gardening and using the veggies she plants in her cooking. She and her husband are often kept busy with their two children and their hockey and horseback lessons. Jennifer also loves hiking, especially when it means she can bring their dog, Rocky!

Dr. Allissondra Dutra is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics, vestibular, and balance & falls. As a runner herself, she loves being able to help her patients live happy, productive lives without pain. She is passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients by helping them achieve their activity goals. This passion has led her to actively volunteer with the Parkinson’s Place Gym in Warwick, where she assists those with Parkinson’s Disease with boxing, as it helps them work on their motor and vocal skills.
When she’s not in the clinic, Allissondra loves to run and participate in 5Ks! She is a fan of the Denver Broncos, Boston Bruins, and Boston Red Sox. In addition, she loves to travel and can’t wait to see where she goes next!

In her free time, Allie loves to go to the beach, try any new restaurant, and spend time with her family and friends. She keeps active by practicing yoga and walking her dog. As a resident of Massachusetts, Allie is a huge Boston sports fan and you can bet she is always watching when the Patriots play.

Gregory Doucette MPT, OCS is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. He loves helping people and hearing their stories. He finds it rewarding to see a patient have the “lightbulb” moment when they realize they aren’t fragile or broken and they can get back to the activities they love. His passion is patient education and teaching the importance of core stability for sound functional movement.
When he’s not spending time with his family or friends, Greg loves to play basketball, soccer, and golf. He and his family are season ticket holders for Quinnipiac basketball and return to campus frequently to support their alma mater.
