Dr. Adrian Valdez Franco, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
1 New London Avenue
Cranston, RI 02920
Dr. Adrian Valdez Franco is a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a clinical focus in orthopedic and sports physical therapy. He earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees from the University of Rhode Island, where his commitment to movement, performance, and rehabilitation first took root.
Adrian believes physical therapy is about far more than just rehabilitating an injury. It is about empowering patients to understand their bodies, build confidence, and return to the everyday activities that make life meaningful. Whether helping someone return to work, lift without pain, prevent falls, play on the floor with grandchildren, or step back onto the competitive field, he brings a personalized, problem-solving mindset to every patient’s care. He works with individuals of all ages, striving to make each session approachable, collaborative, and educational so patients feel confident taking an active role in their long-term recovery.
Outside the clinic, Adrian stays active through recreational soccer, running, and lifting weights. A lifelong soccer player and dedicated youth coach, he has a special passion for working with soccer athletes to guide them safely back to competition. On weekends, you can often find him on the sidelines or cheering on his favorite clubs, Liverpool and Chivas.” if we could add him to the Cranston site as well
