Dr. Kayla Kolaritsch is a Physical Therapist at Highbar East Greenwich who is passionate about helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love most. She takes a patient-centered approach to care, developing individualized treatment plans that support recovery, improve mobility, and promote long-term health and wellness.

Kayla earned her Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from The College of New Jersey (2021) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University (2025). She is an ACSM Certified Exercise Physiologist and has completed Dry Needling Level I certification, allowing her to incorporate a variety of techniques to support pain relief and functional recovery. She is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and previously served as an Anatomy and Physiology lab assistant, reinforcing her strong foundation in movement science and education.

Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation and sports-related injuries, particularly swimming-related injuries, where she enjoys helping athletes safely return to their sport with improved strength and confidence.

Originally from New Jersey, Kayla recently moved to Rhode Island and has enjoyed exploring the local community—often taking restaurant and activity recommendations from her patients. She is currently on a mission to find the best pizza in Rhode Island. Outside of the clinic, Kayla enjoys staying active through yoga and swimming, as well as baking and thrift shopping.
