Learn more about this clinic

Dr. Diana DeLaney (she/her/hers) is a physical therapist serving the Warren (RI) community, where she brings a warm, energetic, and whole-person approach to patient care. With clinical interests in orthopedics, sports injuries, and spine rehabilitation, Diana is passionate about helping people return to meaningful daily activities, social connections, and the hobbies that bring joy to their lives.

Diana earned her Bachelor’s degree in Movement Science from the University of Michigan (2022) and her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Connecticut (2025). Her treatment philosophy centers on tailoring exercise and hands-on techniques to each individual’s goals, believing deeply in movement as medicine, and in the power of a personalized plan to create lasting, positive change.

What Diana loves most about physical therapy is the opportunity to guide people back to the activities that matter most to them. She finds purpose in helping patients rebuild confidence, restore function, and rediscover what it feels like to move freely.

Outside the clinic, Diana enjoys staying active and connected.

You’ll often find her walking or running with her Australian Shepherd, cheering on Michigan athletics and the Detroit Lions, exploring new coffee shops, or taking a hot yoga or strength-training class. She brings the same enthusiasm and curiosity to her personal life that she brings to every patient interaction.
