Osmar Freire is a physical therapist at Highbar Foxborough who brings an energetic, performance-driven approach to orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. With clinical interests spanning the shoulder, elbow, knee, neck, and overall musculoskeletal care, Osmar is especially passionate about restoring function and helping athletes safely return to sport at their highest potential.

Osmar earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of New England and has completed Dry Needling Levels I & II through Highbar, allowing him to integrate advanced manual techniques with progressive strengthening and movement-based care. His treatment style focuses on practical, goal-oriented rehabilitation—helping patients move better, feel stronger, and perform with confidence.

What Osmar loves most about being a physical therapist is helping people regain their functionality and independence, whether that means returning to competitive athletics or simply moving through daily life without limitation. He takes pride in creating individualized plans that support both recovery and long-term performance.

A Foxborough local, Osmar stays active outside the clinic as an avid runner and gym-goer. He also volunteers his time consulting with young athletes on preseason training and injury prevention.
