Preparing for the NPTE is one of those moments where everything starts to feel real.

You’ve done the work. You’ve put in the hours. And now it comes down to how you show up on exam day.

We see this every year with students entering the profession — it’s not just about what you know, it’s about how you apply it under pressure.

That’s why we’re partnering with Final Frontier to host an invite-only NPTE Prep Workshop at our Cranston clinic on Saturday, April 4

We’ll be selecting 10 PT students graduating May–August 2026 to attend.

What This Workshop Is (and What It Isn’t)

There’s no shortage of information when it comes to NPTE prep.

What’s often missing is how to think through the exam

This workshop is built around that.

Working directly with Final Frontier instructors, students will focus on:

• NPTE test-taking strategies
• Practice scenarios that reflect real exam situations
• Interactive learning designed to build confidence and decision-making

Final Frontier has helped a lot of students get across the finish line. What stands out is how they teach people to approach the exam — not just memorize for it.

Why This Matters to Us

At Highbar, we spend a lot of time thinking about how clinicians grow — not just once they’re hired, but before that.

The transition from student to clinician is a big one. And the NPTE is a major part of that transition.

If we can help make that step a little clearer, a little more confident, it matters.

This is one small way to do that.
