Are Highbar CE courses APTA approved?
Yes. All Highbar continuing education courses are developed in compliance with APTA continuing education standards and accepted for PDH/CEU credit by all six New England state PT licensing boards.
Can PTAs take Highbar CE courses?
Rhode Island PTs must complete 30 Professional Development Hours (PDH) per 2-year renewal cycle. PTAs require 20 PDH. All Highbar courses are accepted toward RI PDH requirements.

The 8-Week Regional Certification includes weekly online instruction combined with in-person labs. Other courses are primarily in-person with required hands-on components.
