Dr. Sarah Goldstein is a Board-Certified Pediatric Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, dance-related conditions and injuries, and the following areas of pediatrics: torticollis, plagiocephaly, scoliosis, club feet, toe walking, autism spectrum disorder, cerebral palsy, gross motor and/or developmental delay. She loves working as a physical therapist because she can positively impact someone’s quality of life, whether that be within the home, in recreation, or at work. With her specialty in pediatrics, she loves that she can take the “boring” out of another doctor’s appointment for a child by creating a fun, entertaining, safe, and exciting environment to help the child and family reach their goals.
When Sarah isn’t in the clinic, she likes to spend time with her husband and rescue dog. She also likes to stay active by attending ballet classes, kickboxing, or running outside at a local park.

Dr. William Hilton is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, sports-related injuries, and balance & falls. He is passionate about educating his patients on the importance of a healthy lifestyle and exercise to help them recover from pain or injuries.

Elizabeth Mainville is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and balance & falls. Her passion is forming connections with her patients during their road to recovery and supporting them through their treatment. Her favorite part of her job is seeing the progress her patients make from their first appointment through their graduation day.
When she’s not in the clinic, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her many pets. She likes to stay active by playing volleyball recreationally and competitively.

Dr. Lindsey Arcand is a Clinic Director at our East Providence clinic and a Doctor of Physical Therapy, specializing in orthopedics and dance-related injuries. Starting her career at Performance Physical Therapy as an Exercise Specialist in 2015, she continued her education at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and has advanced to her role as a Physical Therapist. She loves helping her patients reach their maximum potential to live their best lives.
In her spare time, she loves to dance, hike, and spend time with her cat, Troegs. She has been a dancer since age 3 and participated in the Danceworks Boston Company during her time in college.

She can be found either by water or in the snow as she was a ski and snowboard instructor for over 10 years and enjoys boating with her family. Erin loves to spend time with her dog Sperry, and her husband, Brad.

Alexis Williams is a Physical Therapist Assistant specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries, and balance & falls. She loves working as a Physical Therapist Assistant so she can help people achieve their own personal goals, whether that be getting back to work, playing with their grandchildren, or returning to their favorite physical activities.
Originally from Brooklyn NY, Alexis loves spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband and dog. She has been a runner for 20+ years and has completed 13 half marathons, 1 full marathon, and countless 5K races!

Dr. Mariah Ramsay is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, specializing in orthopedics. She loves working as a physical therapist because she can work with a diverse population of patients and help them to live their best, active lives. She feels honored to be a part of the process that allows patients to return to their favorite activities.
With her background in gymnastics, cheerleading, and softball, Mariah likes to stay active. In her spare time, she enjoys going to the gym, hiking, and doing yoga. She also loves camping, watching hockey and football, and spending time with her family.

Katelyn Dalmazzi is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in Aquatic Therapy. Since she grew up playing sports, she sustained a few sports-related injuries that allowed her to see firsthand what physical therapy was about. This experience shaped her as she decided she wanted to help others in the same way she was helped by her physical therapy team.
In her free time, she keeps active by hiking with her mini Australian Shepherd, Benny, and playing soccer and volleyball. She also loves to volunteer with the Special Olympics and work with children with disabilities on the weekends.

Lynn Johnson is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, running injuries and conditions, and injuries of the knee, hip, ankle, and foot. She’s passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals and getting athletes back to playing their sport. Lynn values the relationships she’s built with patients over the 20+ years she’s been working as a physical therapist.
A seasoned runner, Lynn has been inducted into the Holy Cross Hall of Fame for her athletic and academic accomplishments. She’s run over 20 marathons including the Boston Marathon multiple times. When she’s not running with the Wampanoag Running Club or training for her next marathon, she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time outdoors. She resides in North Attleboro, MA with her husband Steve, daughter Sarah, and a black lab named Nauset.

Dr. Liz Goodrich is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics and yoga-based recovery. She believes in a compassionate and holistic approach to recovery and loves to teach others about the body’s ability to heal.
In her free time, Liz loves to stay active by practicing yoga, running, strength training, playing tennis, rollerblading, and cross-country skiing. She also enjoys spending time in nature, especially when it’s with her friends and family.

Clinic Director Dr. Rob Gruttadauria is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist who also specializes in sports-related injuries and running. His passion is helping patients reach their goals, improve their quality of life, and reach new heights in their wellness journeys. He holds certifications in both Level 1 and 2 of Trigger Point Dry Needling and is one of the Lead Instructors for Highbar's Dry Needling Certification program.
In his free time, Rob stays active through a variety of exercises including running, weightlifting, and functional fitness. He also enjoys cooking and is always looking for recommendations on healthy meal alternatives. Rob also loves following his favorite New England sports teams, especially the Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, and Providence Friars basketball team.

Kelsey Harrold, ATC, LAT is a Board-Certified Athletic Trainer working with Classical High School and our Providence clinic. After injuring herself in high school, Kelsey became interested in learning more about physical therapy, and when she learned what athletic trainers do, she knew it was the job for her!
Kelsey hopes that through her work, she can educate the community on the role of athletic training and show everyone the importance of having an athletic trainer on hand. She is always encouraging her patients to keep a positive mindset and not get discouraged when they must take time off the field to heal.
When Kelsey’s not at the clinic or on the field, you can find her at the gym. Kelsey started dancing when she was 3 years old and took that passion all over the country to compete and attend different workshops. After retiring from dance after college, Kelsey continues to stay active by going for bike rides. When she’s not at the gym she loves spending time with family, friends, and her dog.
Clinic Director Dr. Jessica Boyd is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, neurological conditions, athletic training, and pelvic health. Throughout her career, she has earned certifications in trigger point dry needling and pelvic health. With her experience as an athletic trainer, she is also an expert in treating athletes and sports injuries.
When she’s not in the clinic, Dr. Roy likes to spend her time outside the clinic with her family and enjoys cooking as well as traveling. A New England sports fan, she roots for the Red Sox, Patriots, and Bruins.
Dr. Kayla Barrett is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in orthopedics, post-surgical rehabilitation, spine, sports injuries, balance & falls, and wrist/hand. She loves helping patients improve their quality of life by getting them back to the activities they love. This passion led her to start Full Swing Golf RI, a nonprofit organization for children with amputations and disabilities to learn and play golf alongside local professionals.
In her spare time, she enjoys staying active and spending time in her hometown of Bristol with her husband and dog, Rhody. You can catch her watching and rooting for the New England Patriots and URI Basketball.

Clinic Director Dr. Andrew Horton is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, and sports-related injuries. His passion is helping patients reach their goals to get back to their sport, hobby, or everyday activity and live their best life. Andrew leads the Highbar Dry Needling certification program and is certified in both Dry Needling Level 1 & 2. He has also earned certifications in Functional Movement System (Levels 1&2), Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and Clinical Integration.
Andrew lives in North Kingstown with his wife, two children, and their therapy dog, Mix. He likes to stay active by playing soccer, exercising, hiking, wake surfing, playing spike ball, and biking. His favorite sports teams are Manchester United, USMNT, Celtics, Red Sox, and the Boston Bruins. When he’s not in the clinic or at home with his family, Andrew loves to travel and has visited Thailand, Spain, France, Italy, Croatia, Greece, and Guatemala.

Dr. Reid Holden is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, sports-related injuries, hockey, football, lacrosse, baseball, and rugby. After playing sports his entire life, Reid attended physical therapy to get him back on the field after some major injuries. His personal experiences at physical therapy and his love for working with people motivated him to become a physical therapist to help people do what they love.
While earning his degree, Dr. Holden provided free physical therapy services to the greater New Haven area. Through his time treating, he gained a true passion for sports rehabilitation and orthopedics. He is now an adjunct lab professor for orthopedics at Bryant University.
In his free time, Dr. Holden plays in local men's hockey leagues and loves spending his spare time hiking or relaxing at the lake.

Dr. Morgan Forester is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, pelvic health, and women’s health. She deeply values the relationships she makes with her patients and believes the most rewarding feeling is when she sees a patient reach their goals.
Originally from Vermont, Morgan has been living in the East Bay for over a decade and loves being at the beach, walking, or riding along the bike path. When she’s not treating patients, you can find her trying a new restaurant, practicing or teaching yoga, and embracing her artistic side if the weather won’t cooperate.

Dr. Shawn Blankenship is the Clinic Director at our Middletown clinic and a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, spine, sports-related injuries, post-stroke, and traumatic brain injuries. He’s passionate about connecting with his patients to educate and empower them in their recovery. In his past roles, Shawn has served as an Adjunct Professor for Seton Hall University’s Physical Therapy program.
When he’s not in the clinic, Shawn enjoys playing golf, running, and road biking. You can usually find him rooting for the Ohio State Buckeyes or spending time with his wife and dog.
