Highbar - Tiverton is located on the third floor of Longplex Family & Sports Center in Tiverton. This clinic features a large open floor plan and access to a gym, soccer fields, basketball courts, sauna, salt room, steam room, and floor hockey arena. We offer trigger point dry needling and have specialty care in sports rehab. Our upbeat and experienced clinicians are ready to help you reach your goals, no matter if that’s to get back to work, sports, or recreational activities. One of our clinicians is a Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and has completed a Fellowship at the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy. With so many amenities in Longplex, patients can enjoy getting a bite to eat at the restaurant below the clinic after their appointments!

Clinic Director: Dr. Patrick Motel PT, DPT
Dr. Patrick Motel is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who specializes in orthopedics, the spine, sports-related injuries, headaches, and balance & falls. He is passionate about educating patients on the importance of movement and exercise and how it relates to their overall health. Patrick values his time with patients as he can empower them to care for themselves and problem-solve so they can continue to progress even after they finish physical therapy. He’s earned numerous certifications including dry needling, blood flow restriction training, Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and Titleist Performance Level 1.
In his free time, Patrick enjoys hiking the 48 (4,000 ft) mountains in New Hampshire and kayaking in both rivers and oceans. Always accompanied by his dog, Quinn, he loves talking about philosophy and Lord of the Rings, but always wants to learn the latest bit of trivia knowledge. He’s always on the lookout for a new place for good pizza and tacos, so let him know what your favorite spot is!
Brooke Spina is a Physical Therapist Assistant who specializes in orthopedics and dance. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the assistance they need to build their confidence and improve their quality of life. As a dance teacher for 11 years, she understands firsthand how important it is to live a healthy, active lifestyle.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys walks by the ocean with her dog, Zuko. She also loves to ski, snowboard, play video games, and host game nights with her friends.
