Highbar NPTE Prep Workshop Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Highbar Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to individuals 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Void where prohibited by law.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

To enter the Promotion, participants must submit a valid email address via the official giveaway form available at:
https://www.highbarhealth.com/students/npte-final-frontier/

Limit one (1) entry per person. No purchase necessary. Multiple entries or fraudulent submissions will result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Period

The Promotion begins on Jan 19 and ends on Feb 6. Entries received outside this timeframe will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

Entrants may win one of several prizes, which may include but are not limited to:

  • Product giveaways
  • Digital career and mentorship resources
  • Opportunities to connect with the Highbar team on-site

Prize details, quantities, and approximate retail values will be disclosed prior to winner selection. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. Winners will be notified via email within a reasonable time following the close of the Promotion.

If a selected winner does not respond within 5 days, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

By entering this Promotion and submitting your email address, you expressly agree to the following:

  • You are opting in to receive email communications from Highbar Health, including giveaway-related updates, early access announcements, event information (including CSM-related updates), and future marketing or educational communications.
  • Your email address will be stored and processed in accordance with Highbar’s Privacy Policy.
  • You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time by using the “unsubscribe” link included in any email.

8. Data Use & Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used to:

  • Administer the giveaway
  • Contact winners

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
