By participating in the Highbar NPTE Workshop Giveaway (the “Promotion”), you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Highbar Health, Inc., which are final and binding in all respects.

1. Sponsor

The Promotion is sponsored by Highbar Health, Inc. (“Sponsor”).

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform, conference, or event organizer.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to individuals who:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry
  • Are legal residents of jurisdictions where the Promotion is permitted by law

Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited.

3. How to Enter

To enter, submit a valid email address through the official entry form located at:
https://www.highbarhealth.com/npte-final-frontier

Limit one (1) entry per person.
No automated, bulk, or third-party entries permitted. Any attempt to submit multiple entries using different email addresses or identities may result in disqualification.

4. Giveaway Period

The Promotion begins on March 18 and ends on April 3 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

5. Prizes

Participants may win one of several prizes, which may include, but are not limited to:

  • Free entry to the NPTE Workshop – Presented by Final Frontier
  • Digital career and mentorship resources (“digital swag”)
  • Opportunities to connect with the Highbar team on-site or at events

The number of prizes, descriptions, and approximate retail values will be disclosed prior to winner selection.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash substitutions will be offered. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be notified via the email address provided at entry within a reasonable timeframe following the close of the Promotion. If a selected winner does not respond within two (2) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

7. Email Communications & Consent

By entering the Promotion and submitting your email address, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are opting in to receive email communications from Highbar Health, including giveaway updates, early access announcements, event-related information (including CSM-related communications), and future marketing or educational content.
  • Your email address will be collected, stored, and processed in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
  • You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link included in any email.

8. Data Use & Privacy

Personal information collected as part of this Promotion will be used to:

  • Administer the Promotion
  • Contact winners
  • Deliver digital resources and event-related communications

Sponsor does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond Sponsor’s control compromise the integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Official Rules or tampers with the entry process.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Rhode Island, without regard to conflict of law principles.
