Why Highbar?
Join the #1 Teaching Practice for Physical Therapy. Uncapped performance bonus + student loan assistance until paid off.

- Student loans: We pay them down until they're gone
- Professional development: $15,000+ invested in your first 18 - 24 months
- Visit structure: 1:1 patient care, always
- Documentation: AI-supported + Prompt EMR to eliminate after-hours charting
- Schedules: Predictable and thoughtfully built
- Autonomy: You decide the plan of care with PT-led clinical decisions
- Support staff: Exercise Specialists on the floor, so you can focus on being a clinician
- Leadership: Direct access to PT leaders who have been in your shoes
What Your Day Actually Looks Like at Highbar:
We believe clarity builds trust. If something starts to creep toward burnout, leadership intervenes early. That's part of the job design, not an afterthought.
Mentorship and Professional Development:
As New England's leading teaching practice, Highbar makes professional development part of your workweek, not something you squeeze in to meet your CEU requirements:
- 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
- Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
- Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
- Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
- $15,000+ in professional development invested in your first 18 - 24 months
- In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I and II), and COMT pathways
- Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
About Highbar Physical Therapy
Highbar is New England's leading teaching practice - a premier, PT-led outpatient network built to give clinicians clinical autonomy, real mentorship, and a career that doesn't require burning out to succeed.
You'll Thrive at Highbar if You Value:

- Leadership with clinical backgrounds
- Feedback that's welcomed and acted on
What You'll Need:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
- Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)

About This Role
Why PTs Who've Tried Other Clinics Choose Highbar
Most PTs come to Highbar after experiencing the burnout, high patient loads, and top-down management that's common across the industry. Here, they stay because the difference is real, not just a recruiting pitch.
Our clinicians regularly tell us the same things: they finally feel like professionals again. They have time to think, time to document, and time to actually invest in each patient. Schedules don't spiral. Leadership listens. And when life gets hard, the practice bends, not the clinician.

About Highbar Physical Therapy
Highbar Physical Therapy is the parent network behind three of New England's most established outpatient PT brands — Joint Ventures Physical Therapy (Boston), Peak Physical Therapy (South Shore Massachusetts), and Physical Therapy U (Rhode Island and Massachusetts).
Each one is a Highbar practice: a clinic that keeps its own name, neighborhood roots, and local identity while sharing the clinical standards, residency-trained clinicians, and patient experience that define the Highbar network. The brands stay distinct because the communities they serve do.
Whether you walk into a JVPT clinic in Boston, a Peak clinic on the South Shore, or a PTU clinic in Rhode Island, you're walking into a Highbar practice — same standard of care, same commitment to getting you back to what you love, delivered by the local team you already know.
