Alec Goodale is a Physical Therapist Assistant at Highbar Boylston who is dedicated to helping patients build strength, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. He takes a hands-on, patient-centered approach to care, focusing on functional progress and long-term success.
Alec earned his degree in Exercise Science and Physical Therapist Assistant studies from Mount Wachusett Community College (2018). He is Graston Certified, allowing him to incorporate instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques to support recovery and improve mobility.
His clinical interests include orthopedics, arthritis and osteoarthritis management, sports-related injuries, and pediatrics. Alec enjoys working with a wide range of patients, helping them regain confidence in their movement and achieve meaningful goals.
Outside of the clinic, Alec enjoys weightlifting, hiking, and playing disc golf, as well as spending time with his wife and son and cooking.
