Dr. Nat Baldwin PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Dr. Nat Baldwin is a Physical Therapist at Highbar’s Warren clinic on Metacom Avenue who is passionate about helping patients recover from injury and safely return to the activities and sports they enjoy. He takes an evidence-based, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, focusing on building strength, restoring movement, and improving long-term performance.

Nat earned both his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Rhode Island. During his time at URI, he served as a Teaching Assistant in Anatomy & Physiology and worked as a Graduate Assistant, experiences that strengthened his passion for education, movement science, and mentorship.

His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, post-surgical recovery, and sports-related injuries, with particular focus on ACL reconstruction rehabilitation, overhead athletes, and runners. Nat is especially interested in return-to-sport testing and management for post-operative injuries, helping athletes rebuild confidence and safely transition back to competition.

Nat is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and remains committed to ongoing learning and professional development to best serve his patients.

Outside of the clinic, Nat enjoys weightlifting, running, and snowboarding. Having grown up in a Navy family, he had the opportunity to live across the United States and overseas, shaping his appreciation for diverse communities and experiences. He is also an avid sports fan, cheering on Penn State and Navy athletics, as well as Boston’s professional teams.
