
Dr. Katy Scott-Jones, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Dr. Katy Scott-Jones is a Physical Therapist at Highbar East Greenwich who is dedicated to helping patients move with confidence and return to the activities they enjoy most. She takes a personalized, evidence-based approach to care, working closely with each patient to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term health and function.
Katy earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science from the University of Rhode Island before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy at the University of New England. She is also Dry Needling Level 1 certified, allowing her to incorporate additional techniques to help reduce pain and support recovery.
Her clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, balance and gait training, and treatment for dizziness and vertigo. Katy enjoys helping patients overcome physical limitations and develop the confidence to return to their everyday activities safely.
Outside of the clinic, Katy stays active as an avid runner, having completed five half marathons and one full marathon. She is also a semi-professional bowler and holds the Women’s house record at Kingstown Bowl. Katy has been a longtime member of the Rhode Island USBC and volunteers with the Providence Senate Youth Bowling League. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Jalen, and their son, Maverick.
