
Dr. Nickolas Gervasio PT, DPT, OCS, CMTPT

Dr. Nickolas Gervasio is a Clinic Director, Physical Therapist, and Highbar Dry Needling Faculty member who brings advanced clinical expertise and a passion for performance-driven care to every patient interaction. As a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS), he specializes in helping patients move better, recover faster, and return to the activities they love with confidence.
Nickolas earned his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy from Husson University. He has pursued extensive advanced training, including Certified Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy (CMTPT), Dry Needling Levels I–III, Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) training, Emergency Medical Responder for the Athlete (EMA), Concussion certification, and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 & 2 Medical certification. His role as a Dry Needling Faculty member reflects his commitment to mentoring clinicians and advancing evidence-based practice across Highbar.
His clinical interests include orthopedic rehabilitation, dizziness and vertigo, and sports performance, with a special focus on overhead athletes such as gymnasts, golfers, and baseball players. He integrates advanced techniques with individualized care plans to optimize recovery, performance, and long-term health.
Nickolas is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and is involved with USA Weightlifting, reflecting his passion for strength, performance, and athletic development.
He is dedicated to empowering patients through education, movement, and high-quality care—helping them achieve their goals both in and out of the clinic.
