Dr. John Goodyear is a Clinic Director, Doctor of Physical Therapy, and Board-Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Richmond, RI. He specializes in orthopedics and sports injuries. His goal as a clinician is to empower his patients to realize that each day is an opportunity to make something better, no matter how small the improvement may seem. He enjoys working with patients from different cultural backgrounds, which inspired him to pursue studies in Spanish.

He’s also dedicated to helping other clinicians develop their skills, serving as an Adjunct Faculty member in Highbar’s Orthopedic Residency and COMT continuing education programs. He is now an Adjunct Faculty Member with Highbar and is passionate about helping others reach their fullest potential as clinicians.

Originally from New Jersey, John enjoys living in New England, which allows him to stay close to both mountains and the ocean.
