How physical therapists use work conditioning

Many utility workers, police officers, firefighters, and paramedics have trusted Highbar physical therapists with their recovery. Through our work conditioning program, you'll work with a physical therapist to ensure you can tolerate exercising for 2-6 hours - and that you're confident every step of the way. Each session is minimum 2 hours long, but can sometimes reach up to 6 hours in length depending on the patient. This treatment is designed to mimic the work tasks and demands using similar job-related exercises.
