Dr. Rachel Gerrish, PT, DPT is a physical therapist at Highbar Physical Therapy’s Westerly clinic. She earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Husson University. Rachel has completed Level 1 CAPP Pelvic Health training, expanding her ability to provide individualized care for women during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and other pelvic health needs.
Rachel’s clinical interests also include orthopedics, spine and back pain, balance and gait training, and post-surgical rehabilitation. She is passionate about helping patients improve strength, mobility, and function through personalized care, empowering them to feel confident in their movement and return to the activities that matter most.
