Alexis Williams is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 20 years of experience, specializing in orthopedics, sports injuries, vestibular conditions, concussions, and balance and fall prevention.

Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Alexis has always valued an active lifestyle. A dedicated runner for more than 20 years, she has completed 13 half marathons, one full marathon, and countless 5Ks. She has also shared her love of running and movement with the next generation, coaching Girls on the Run in the East Greenwich school system for two years.

Outside of the clinic, Alexis enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with her husband and their dog. She has a strong interest in health and nutrition and lives by the philosophy that movement is medicine. Her advice is simple: “Find something that excites you to move your body and do it!”
